Qiza Terms of Service
Effective: September 10, 2026
These terms apply to use of Qiza and its web portals, operated by Qiza LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the business or organization that provided access.
Purpose of the service
The service helps workers request shift coverage, lets coworkers volunteer to cover, and lets authorized managers approve or deny changes. It is a communication aid, not an employer, staffing agency, payroll system, or authoritative employment record.
Shift responsibility
A request or claim does not change a work assignment by itself. The original worker remains responsible until an authorized manager confirms coverage under the business’s policies. Users must verify final schedules with their employer or manager.
User responsibilities
- Provide truthful names and shift information and use only servers and locations where you are authorized.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent coverage, harass others, probe security, overload the service, or upload unlawful or abusive content.
- Keep Discord accounts, Qiza staff accounts, and devices secure, and promptly report suspected misuse or a lost or stolen phone so access can be removed.
- A sign-in code is personal. Do not share it or use one issued to somebody else. Anyone using your account is treated as you.
Business administrator responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate workplace authorization, configuring accurate roles and policies, controlling server membership, reviewing manager decisions, informing their workforce about use of the service, and responding to employment or scheduling disputes. They must not configure the service to collect sensitive information that is unnecessary for shift coverage. Because guest portals and TV boards can be opened by anyone with their link, administrators must distribute and display those links only where appropriate for their workforce.
Third-party services
The service depends on platforms such as Discord, Cloudflare, hosting providers, configured Slack workspaces, calendar applications, QR-image delivery, and Paddle for secure checkout and subscription billing. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Changes or outages in those services may affect Shift Qiza.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend access for security risks, abuse, nonpayment under a separate service agreement, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every notification will be delivered.
Fees
Any pricing, trial, refund, renewal, or cancellation terms are governed by the separate order, Paddle checkout, subscription, or written agreement between the operator and the business. Paddle displays the price, recurring interval, tax, and final total before a business confirms checkout and acts as merchant of record for purchases made there. These terms do not create a paid subscription by themselves.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. The operator is not responsible for employment decisions, missed shifts, inaccurate user submissions, manager decisions, or failures of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, termination, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Users may stop using the web portal, and a business may remove the bot from its Discord server, subject to any separate service agreement. Questions or notices: Email [email protected]. Please identify your business and Discord server when making a request.
